Geocachers are one of the most generous and creative groups known. Help support GeoWoodstock through a monetary or swag type donation. Donations can be made by:

DONATIONS

Several options for use of donated items are planned. The GeoWoodstock Team will determine what fundraising event donated items best fit as they arrive. Some items will be raffled or put up for silent auction. Others will be given away through drawings held throughout the day. Items provided by individuals or groups are a donation and do not guarantee that you will be awarded a prize as a result of any of the fundraising events.

Some past donation items have been, but limited to, geocoins, cache kits, plaques, pathtag holders, handcrafted items, etc. If it is something you use or would want, someone else would love to have one just like it.

To make a donation, please download the Donation form and email it along with a photo of your donation to donation.gwx@gmail.com no later than April 15th. Advance notification of donated items is needed to determine space for the event and to prepare for placement of each item.

Donated items can be brought to the event or shipped to GeoWoodstock X. Items must be dropped at the Donation Area on Saturday, May 26th.

Donations are not required; however, all donations are greatly appreciated. The GeoWoodstock Team reserves the right to determine whether donated items are part of the raffles or the silent auction.
