Area tourism bureaus in Indiana and Kentucky have worked with local hotels to bring GeoWoodstock attendees discounted rates. To take advantage of preferential group rates used the code word “GeoWoodstock,” if requested.
Camping can be reserved through the Indiana State Parks. Use zip code 47172 for locations nearest GeoWoodstock X location. Reservations for 2012 open January 1, 2012.

Ground Transportation
Southern Indiana, the Sunny Side of Louisville, is within a day's drive of 50% of the nation's population. It is easily accessible from I-65, I-64 and I-71.
Flights
Louisville International Airport (SDF)
Louisville International Airport is located less than 20 minutes from the GeoWoodstock X venue. The airport accommodated more than 3.2 million passengers annually and has nonstop service to more than 20 destinations and convenient connections to cities worldwide. This international airport is serviced by nearly every major airline.
Louisville International is situated on 1,200 acres. Passenger terminals comprise more than 360,000 sq. ft. and have 23 boarding gates. The airport code when booking flights is SDF.
Clark Regional Airport
The Clark Regional Airport serves Clark County Indiana. This regional airport serves the needs for small private or charter planes.
The airport has two runways. The longest is a paved runway extending 5,500 feet. The facility is located less than 3 miles from the GeoWoodstock venue.
